The Henderson Scholars community in Norman, Oklahoma, is mourning the passing of Jordan Gandy, a beloved scholar, friend, mentor and member of a community that he touched in lasting ways.

Jordan was deeply woven into the Henderson Scholars Program at the University of Oklahoma. He was a senior scholar and served as the Small Group Leader Chair for the Impact Team, contributing to the community while building meaningful relationships with fellow scholars.

Those who knew Jordan remember his humor, charisma, kindness and unmistakable energy. His presence brought warmth and connection to the people around him, and his influence extended well beyond his formal role within the program.
