The Marayong FC community is mourning the passing of Genviave “Jen” Tadros, a much-loved member of the club and an important part of its Women’s Premier League family.
Jen’s journey with Marayong FC began as a Women’s Premier League player before she joined the WPL coaching staff in 2024. Through both roles, she continued to give her time, energy and passion to the football club and the team she cared deeply about.
Those who knew Jen remember her for the warmth and happiness she brought wherever she went. Marayong FC described her as someone who could make every room brighter, with her constant smile, sense of humour and ability to bring laughter and joy to those around her.
Within the club, Jen was affectionately known as the “party hostess.” She regularly opened her home to football friends and teammates for gatherings, celebrations and memorable occasions. Those moments created friendships and memories that will remain with members of the Marayong FC community.
Her passing has left teammates, coaching colleagues, friends and fellow club members grieving a much-loved member of their football family. Her presence was felt not only on the football fields, but also at team events and in the many personal friendships she formed through the club.
Marayong FC has extended its deepest condolences to Jen’s family and friends, her WPL teammates and coaching colleagues, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
The club expressed gratitude for the laughter, smiles, friendship and memories Jen shared throughout her time with Marayong FC.
Her loss will be deeply felt throughout the club, where she will be remembered not only for her involvement in football but for the warmth, generosity and happiness she brought to those around her.
Rest in peace, Jen. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered as part of the Marayong FC family.
